Training is Underway

New season training

Thursday 12th Jan was the first training for 2012. With an impressive 55 eager footballers turning up ranging from 1st team players, Relics, a few new faces, and last year's well performing young talented under 15 players, some are looking forward to joining our new senior development program.

Practises are every Tuesday and Thursday 6.30 with a range of football and serious fitness conditioning from our own sergeant slaughter trainer Dr Pat Wiggly (Chipmunk). Please bring football boots and trainers as you never know when Pat will be throwing in a 10 Km run. In a couple of weeks The Senior players will be required to also take part in our 7 aside summer football program.  Ian and Merv ask for everyone to please not be late, as this disrupts everyone's practise.

The eager ones that turn up on the 1st night of training.

Dr Pat demonstrating sit ups. It is a shame his stomach does not allow him to do it laying down

This must be before the fitness session as they can still run
